This is a blogging-good-practice. If you plan on launching a blog you should NOT monitor your comments. Instead, watch what people are saying. Make amends if they feel that something was not done ethically or in good-interest, and say thank you when they post something lovely.
This style of free-writing for your clients is the best interest for your company.
